Bluefield Blue Dolphins Swim Team
The Bluefield Blue Dolphins Swim Team is open to ages 4 to 18. Practices are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from January 20 until April 17. Advanced swimmers practice from 4 PM to 4:45 PM, and beginners practice from 4:45 PM to 5:30 PM. Practices are held at the Bluefield FitRec. Register by Feb 20!

About the event
The Bluefield Blue Dolphins Swim Team is open to ages 4 to 18. Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from January 20 until April 17. There is a program for beginners (“Cuties”) who can swim the width of the pool, and an advanced program for the Blue Dolphins who can swim the length of the pool. Blue Dolphins will practice from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM, and Cuties will practice from 4:45 PM to 5:30 PM. Practices are held at the Bluefield FitRec.
We train your swimmer to become stronger by focusing on strokes, turns, relays, breathing, jumping off the block, and teamwork. We compete against Virginia swim teams and we have transportation available.
