About the event
During this water safety program hosted at the FitRec, participants ages 4-12 will learn how to enter and exit water safely, float on their front and back, roll over, breathe correctly, blow bubbles, swim with different strokes, and learn what to do in an emergency. This program will be held every Friday starting now through January 17, 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
