Parent & Child Swim Lessons

Swim lessons at the FitRec will familiarize children with the water, teach swimming readiness skills, and provide safety information and water techniques for parents to help their children in the water. Lessons are for ages 6 months to 3 years old and will be held every Wednesday until January 29. Lessons are 20 minutes long, and there are time slots available starting at 4:15 PM and going until 7:05 PM.
